What is your return and warranty policy? What if my scooter breaks down?

If you purchase a scooter directly from us, you have a 30 day period to return the scooter for a full refund or exchange.

All new Phantom products include a 1-year warranty for the original owner, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty is auto-registered with online purchases and applies only to the initial buyer.

What is not covered under warranty?
  • Theft and property damage
  • Water damage
  • Handlebar and front stem damage (unless received in that condition upon delivery)
  • Fender cracks and breaks
What is the policy for refunds or replacements?

All scooters must be returned before we can issue a refund or a replacement.

How long does it take to ship my item?

Typically, an item will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

What if I'm having delivery issues?

Please contact the carrier directly to provide instructions or resolve delivery issues. Once the carrier is in possession of your order, we are no longer able to help with delivery issues. If you’ve had prior problems receiving packages at your location, consider asking the carrier to hold your order at a nearby terminal for pick-up. If you are unable to receive your package, and it is returned to us, a fee may apply for re-delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries and we do not offer refunds or credits due to delivery issues.

What should I do if the carrier's tracking shows a completed delivery but I have not received my scooter?

Once the carrier is in possession of your order, it is your responsibility to make sure you receive it. If the carrier reports your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for more information and check with your neighbors. If your order was mis-delivered or lost by the carrier, please notify us immediately for further instructions. If you believe your order was stolen after being delivered to your property, then a serious crime may have occurred and you should collect evidence, contact the police, and then notify us. All-Access subscribers with a valid police report are eligible for a replacement with the standard deductible.

You must contact us within 7 days of the missed delivery or we will be unable to assist you.

If I need to return my scooter, how do I ship it?

Should you need to return your scooter or send it in for a repair, please contact us for instructions and a return label to our designated service center. Do not ship your scooter back without an Phantom provided return label or else a logistics fee will apply if the package needs to be rerouted. We are not responsible if your return shipment is lost for this reason.

I noticed some items were missing from my delivery. What should I do next?

Please provide photos of the missing items and your shipping address. We'll verify and ship replacements immediately. Do not return the partial delivery - we'll only send what's missing to get you riding faster.

My tire is flat - can I replace it?

First check for visible holes in the tire. If intact, you only need a new inner tube (available at our website's accessory page). For damaged tires/wheels, we recommend:

  1. Purchasing a compatible wheel on Amazon
  2. Visiting a local bike repair shop


Note: We don't sell replacement wheels directly, but our support team can suggest compatible models.

Where can I buy a new pair of keys? I lost mine.

You can get a new pair of keys by purchasing a throttle from our website's accessory page. Each throttle comes with a unique key for added security.

Are your scooters waterproof?

Our scooters carry an IPX5 water resistance rating, meaning they can withstand:
✔ Light rain
✔ Wet roads
✔ Accidental splashes

Important Limitations:
✘ Do not submerge any part of the scooter
✘ Avoid riding through standing water
✘ Never leave the scooter exposed to heavy rain

Why? While the rating protects against sprays, water can damage internal components (battery, display) if forced through seams during prolonged exposure. When not in use, store your scooter in dry conditions.

What are the best charging practices? How do I maximize the lifetime of the battery?

Phantom e-scooters and e-bikes typically require 4-6 hours for a full charge.

Battery Care Tips:

  • Charge before the battery drops below 20% for daily use
  • For long-term storage, maintain a 40% charge level
  • Never store the scooter with a fully depleted battery
  • Fully charge before each ride for maximum range


Cold temperatures below 50°F (10°C) can reduce battery performance and lifespan. Avoid leaving your scooter outdoors in cold weather.

How should I clean my scooter?

The best way to clean your scooter is to wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not hose it down as you risk causing water damage.

To clean the deck, spray it with an all-purpose cleaner, scrub it with a stiff metal brush, and wipe it with a cloth in the direction of the treads. To clean the tires, use an all-purpose cleaner and a fingernail brush. To clean between the tires and fenders, thread a damp cloth and rotate the tire back and forth to sweep the rag in-between the tire and fender.
